Mp2planning, llc was formed in 2009 and is based in Muncie, Indiana. The company focuses primarily on projects in the Midwest with clientele in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. Larry Strange, AICP, the founder of Mp2planning, has over 30 years of consulting experience on a wide range of studies and projects. He has managed transit development plans, comprehensive operations analyses, transit travel surveys, downtown development plans, parks and recreation plans, and other types of planning efforts. He is a graduate of the University of Montana and is an avid masters athlete.
Larry Strange, AICP, CFM is the founder and principal planner for Mp2planning. In addition to operating Mp2planning, he worked for The Corradino Group, a transportation engineering and planning consulting firm, served as Executive Director of the Grant County, Indiana Plan Commission and Deputy Director of the Hancock County, Indiana Plan Commission.
Dagney Faulk, Ph.D. is an economist and currently the Director of Research at the Center for Business and Economic Research at Ball State University. She is the managing principal of Mp2planning. She previously was an Associate Professor of Economics at Indiana University Southeast and received her Ph.D. from Georgia State University. Dr. Faulk has focused much of her research on public sector issues including downtown revitalization in Midwestern communities and, more recently, the impact of investment of public funds into public transportation and the resulting impact of those investments. She is co-author of Local Government Consolidation in the U.S. (2011, Cambria Press).
